He values the opportunity to work with a friendly, diligent, and hardworking group of professionals at Howard Elliott. Outside of work, Jake loves playing music, singing, and spending time outdoors in all four seasons. His artistic spirit and enthusiasm are sure to bring a fresh perspective to our sales department.

Gene Williams
Gene brings a wealth of experience to Howard Elliott, having spent the last 24 years as an independent sales representative in the furniture business. Growing up in Mississippi, Gene’s family owned several retail furniture stores, which sparked his passion for the industry early on. His understanding of the furniture industry and commitment to customer service make him a fantastic addition to our team.
Amy Schloot Buonanno
Amy has been in the furniture business her entire life, with her family running a furniture and appliance store in Crawfordsville, Indiana, for nearly 75 years. As she approaches her 20th year as a rep, Amy is eager to bring her experience and enthusiasm to Howard Elliott. We’re delighted to have her on board!
We are excited to have these talented individuals joining us and are confident that they will help us continue to deliver inspiring designs and services to our customers. Please join us in welcoming Gene, Amy, Layla, and Jake to the Howard Elliott community!

In a world that’s constantly evolving, the quest for perfection is gradually being replaced by something more meaningful: personal fulfillment. At Howard Elliott, we recognize this shift and are excited to be a part of it. As people around the globe redirect their attention towards finding collective solutions to complex challenges, we see an opportunity to help guide that journey.
Today, more than ever, individuals yearn for the certainty of the past while embracing a future that’s unfolding at a fast pace. The race to picture-perfect happiness is being replaced by a steady path toward personal fulfillment—a journey that values experiences over perfection and embraces the joys of the present moment.
At Howard Elliott, we understand that our role as a home decor manufacturer extends beyond just providing beautiful products. We believe that the spaces we live in should not only meet our needs but also speak to who we are. Whether it’s a mirror that reflects the best of you, hand-painted art that tells your unique story, or an accent piece that brings a smile to your face every day, our goal is to create pieces that contribute to a life well-lived.
In today’s demanding world, where burnout is all too common, we’ve embraced our tagline of “Committed Partnerships and Customizable Programs” as more than just words—it’s our mission. We believe in listening to our customers, understanding their needs, and responding with solutions. Our commitment to this mission is central to everything we do, from the design of our products to the relationships we build with our customers.
Whether you’re looking to refresh your designs with a new accessory, find the perfect accent furniture, or explore our custom-made goods, we’re here to be your partner—not just a supplier—in your quest for personal fulfillment.
As we move forward together, let’s embrace the journey toward a more fulfilling life, where our surroundings inspire us, our homes comfort us, and our choices reflect our styles.
At Howard Elliott, we believe in partnership, and we know our customers have incredible design skills! That’s why we’re excited to announce the return of our annual “Show Us Your Howard Elliott” Design Contest—an opportunity for our customers to showcase their stunning designs featuring our products.

At The Howard Elliott Collection, we understand that success in the home decor industry isn’t just about delivering beautiful products—it’s about building lasting partnerships. Since 2001, we’ve been shaking up the home decor industry with innovative designs, starting with a handful of mirror designs and growing into a trusted source for over 5,000 accent items today. From mirrors to poufs, our collection has grown, but one thing has remained constant: our dedication to creating meaningful relationships with our customers.
In a fast-paced world where daily tasks often overshadow the bigger picture, it’s essential to remind ourselves and our partners why we do what we do. Our mission is simple: to differentiate ourselves from being just another vendor by becoming a true partner to our customers, tailoring our approach to meet their unique needs.
Why We Prioritize Partnerships
Partnerships are about more than just transactions; they’re about understanding, collaboration, and trust. We believe that the key to standing out in today’s competitive market is to be more than a supplier. We’re committed to working alongside our clients to solve their problems and alleviate their pain points. Our goal is to learn about their businesses and adapt our offerings to meet their evolving needs.
Whether it’s adjusting product sizes and finishes or developing entirely new items, we are committed to offering customized solutions that meet your vision. Our team is here to work with you to create the perfect pieces while ensuring we align with your business goals. Unlike many competitors, we pride ourselves on offering this level of flexibility without rigid minimum orders, making collaboration smooth and successful.
We love celebrating the creativity and talents of our customers, which is why we launched the annual Show Us Your Howard Elliott design contest. This contest offers our clients a platform to showcase their work and the incredible ways they incorporate Howard Elliott products into their designs. It’s a reflection of our commitment to supporting and showcasing our partners’ vision, and an opportunity to show the world how our products help make their designs shine.
We take great pride in the unique and beautiful work our customers create, and this contest allows us to highlight and celebrate that creativity. From beautifully curated showrooms to stunning design installations, we are dedicated to helping our clients bring their visions to life. The contest also reinforces our mission of collaboration—demonstrating how Howard Elliott products are an integral part of transforming a space.
How Do We Know What to Customize?
It starts with engagement. By fostering open communication, we make it our mission to ask the right questions:
• “What are your current pain points?”
• “What is preventing you from ordering more from Howard Elliott?”
• “Did you know we offer custom solutions?”
Listening is the foundation of our strategy. We actively seek feedback and work to provide actionable solutions that are both practical and innovative. From custom product modifications to tailor-made pricing models, we’re always looking for ways to add value to our partnerships.
